>> 1/2 banana
>> 1/2 apple
>> 3 peach slices
>> 1/8 cup homemade wild grape juice (or store bought)
>> spiced chaga beverage (cooled)
>> 1/8 tsp kelp
>> 1/4 tsp diatomaceous earth (if desired)
>> maple syrup to taste
Place all fruit, kelp, and diatomaceous earth into 8oz smoothie cup.
Pour in the wild grape juice, and top up to just a smidge below the maximum line with the spiced chaga beverage.
Add maple syrup to taste and process. Enjoy!
