>> 1 1/4 cups pitted dates
>> 1/2 cup cashews (or peanuts)
>> 1/2 cup shredded coconut
>> 1/4 cup sesame seeds
>> 2 tbsp powdered wild mushrooms (i.e. hen of the woods, oysters, chaga, etc.)
>> 2 to 3 tbsp prune or apple juice
Place all ingredients except the juice, into a food processor. Blend until smooth. Add juice, a little at a time, until you have achieved a good consistency for forming balls.
Form into balls and allow to set before serving. Depending on the size of the balls will determine how many one batch makes. Yields 12 to 18.
