>> 1 package of lemon-flavoured gelatin
>> 1 cup boiling water
>> 3/4 cup cold water
>> 1/4 cup juice of fresh squeezed lemons
>> A handful or so of wood sorrel leaves (flowers too if desired)
Place gelatin-flavoured crystals in a heat-resistant bowl. Add boiling water and stir well until all crystals are dissolved. Add cold water and lemon juice, stir well. Place in fridge (about 1 hour) until set.
Once the jello has set, stir in the chopped wood sorrel leaves. Place back in the fridge and allow to re-set.
Serve chilled.
