>> 2 cups wild grapes (stems on is fine)
>> 2 cups raw, unpasteurized honey
>> 2 cups organic apple cider vinegar
Place all ingredients into a large glass jar. Slightly mash the fruit and stir well.
Cover the jar and let sit on the kitchen counter for 4 days, out of direct sunlight. Shake once a day.
After 4 days, strain and bottle.
Filled and tightly sealed in a jar, shrubs last about 6 months in the refrigerator.
Tips: No wild grapes? Use any wild or cultivated fruit!
