>> 2 avocadoes
>> 2 tbsp taco spice
>> 3/4 cup salsa
>> 1/4 cup water
>> 2 tsp lime juice
>> 10 large grapevine leaves, stems removed
>> grated cheese
In a medium size bowl, peel, and mash avocados with a fork. Add in all other ingredients (except the leaves) and mix very well.
Follow the instructions on how to stuff wild grape vine leaves on my YouTube channel (click here for the video). As you roll each leaf, place on a parchment paper covered baking sheet. Once all of them are complete, sprinkle with as little or as much grated cheese as you desire.<
Place in the preheated oven and cook for 10 minutes. If desired, briefly broil to crisp up the cheese.
Let cool for a couple of minutes before serving.
