>> 1 1/2 cups dates (pitted)
>> 1/2 cup raisins
>> 1 cup almonds
>> 1 cup hemp seed
>> 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
>> 1 tbsp powdered shitake
>> 1 tbsp prune or apple juice
>> 3/4 cup unsweetened coconut (reserve 1/4 cup for coating)
>> 1/4 cup cocoa
>> 1/4 cup cricket flour
In a food processor, process dates, almonds, juice and raisins until finely chopped and they start to form a ball in the processor. Add the remaining ingredients and process until the almonds are finely chopped and all ingredients are mixed well.
Form into 1" balls and roll in the reserved coconut.
