>> 5 cups washed chopped lamb’s quarter leaves
>> 2 tbsp. raw apple cider vinegar
>> 2 tbsp. olive oil
>> 1/4 tsp. sea salt
>> Optional:
>> 2 tbsp. of any finely chopped fresh garden herb of your choice (rosemary, basil, thyme, mint, etc.)
Wash and chop greens and place into a bowl. Add all other ingredients and mix well.
This can be eaten fresh or you can bake this for 20 minutes at 325°F. (Spread evenly on a baking sheet.)
