>> 3/4 cup unsalted butter
>> 6 ounces semisweet chocolate chips
>> 3 large eggs
>> 1/2 cup packed light-brown sugar
>> 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
>> 1/2 teaspoon Himalayan salt
>> 3/4 cup all-purpose (unbleached) flour
>> 4 tbsp pine needles ground up
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a 12" x 8" baking dish; set aside.
Melt butter and chocolate in a small heatproof bowl set over a pan of simmering water, stirring occasionally. Set aside.
Whisk together eggs, brown sugar, vanilla, and salt in a large bowl. Stir in chocolate mixture, then fold in flour and pine. Pour batter into prepared baking dish.
Spread evenly with a rubber spatula.
Bake approximately 30 minutes - until an inserted knife comes out dry.
Let cool on a wire rack.
