>> 1 handful of plantain seed
>> 3 handfuls of pumpkin seeds
>> 3 handfuls of sesame seeds
>> Olive oil (enough to just cover the seeds)
>> Sea salt to taste
Place all the seeds into a bowl. Add olive oil and salt. Be sure to coat all seeds. If desired, add garlic powder or other spices that you enjoy.
Roast seeds in oven on parchement papercovered baking sheet at 250°F for 10 to 15 minutes.
Let cool and enjoy.
Serving suggestion: Sprinkle on top of a salad.
