>> 1/4 cup goldenrod flowers and leaves (a small handful)
>> 1/4 cup mint (a small handful)
>> 6 cups boiled water
In a teapot or in a medium sized pot, place the boiled water. Let cool 5 minutes. Add the goldenrod and mint and let infuse 15 minutes.
If in a teapot with an infuser you can let the plant matter remain in the teapot. If using a regular pot then strain the plant matter.
Serve warm. If desired, add honey to sweeten.
Ingredient Tip: You can use any garden mint for this tea or use catnip.
Serving Tip: If desired, this can be refrigerated and enjoyed cold.
