>> 1 cup homemade mayonnaise (or store bought)
>> 1/4 cup malt vinegar
>> 2 or 3 garlic cloves, mashed into a paste
>> 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
>> 1 tbsp wild leek powder
>> Salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste
In a small bowl place all the ingredients and mix well until thoroughly blended.
Place in the fridge about one hour prior to using so that the flavours have a chance to infuse well into the vinegar.
Add to your favourite potato side dish.
Ingredient Tip: If wild leek powder is not available then you can swap it out with onion powder.
