>> 10 cups of water
>> 25 daylily flowers
>> 1/2 cup sugar
>> 3 lemons
>> 2 tbsp citric acid
sugar into a large pot. Boil the water, then pour it into the bowl over the sugar and stir until dissolved. Let this slightly cool.
Thinly slice the lemons and place them into the pot. Add the citric acid and stir.
Add the flowers to the water and stir again. Cover and let steep for 48 hours; do not refrigerate. Stir about every 12 hours.
After 48 hours of sitting time, strain and place in a container and refrigerate.
Once cold, serve as is, or mix with some ginger ale or vodka.
