>> 1/2 cup peanut butter
>> 1/2 cup butter, softened
>> 1/2 cup honey
>> 1 tsp vanilla extract
>> 1 tsp baking soda
>> 2 cups unbleached, all purpose flour
>> 1/2 to 3/4 cup dandelion flower petals (loosely packed)
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
Place the flour and baking soda in a bowl then set aside.
In a large bowl, cream together the peanut butter, butter, and honey until very soft. Beat in the egg and vanilla until thoroughly mixed. Add the dry ingredients and mix until a soft dough forms.
Fold in the dandelion petals.
Place golf-ball sized cookie dough onto baking sheet.
Bake in preheated oven anywhere from 13 to 15 minutes or until edges are light brown.
Cool on a wire rack.
