>> Burdock root (8-12”), peeled and cut into thin slices.
>> 2 organic carrots, shredded
>> 6 dates, chopped up small
>> 1/8 cup raisins (or goji berries)
>> 6 cups water
Put water and burdock root in a pot and bring to a boil. Let simmer 20 minutes. Add carrots and continue simmering for another 10 minutes.
Add in the dates and raisins (or goji berries) and simmer another 10 minutes.
Let cool, then serve. If desired, let cool, refrigerate and serve cold.
