>> 2 cups oats
>> 1 cup flax seed powder
>> 1 cup (smooth) peanut butter
>> 1 cup dried barberries
>> 2/3 cup unpasteurized honey
>> 20 dates (pitted)
>> 3 tbsp cinnamon
Place the oats, flax, and cinnamon into a large bowl and blend.
Chop the dates into fine pieces; add into the bowl. Then add the peanut butter and honey. Using a rubber spatula, mix these ingredients until everything is thoroughly combined.
Add the barberries and if the spatula is not mixing the barberries well, use your hands.
Place the bowl in the fridge for 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes, roll into 1-inch balls.
Serve, or refrigerate in a sealed container for up to 1 week.
