>> 1 cup chopped apple

>> 1/2 cup chopped onions
>> 1 cup aronia berries
>> 1/4 cup honey
>> 2 tbsp organic apple cider vinegar
>> 1 tsp unbleached flour
>> 1/4 tsp salt
In a medium-size skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add onion (chopped); cook and stir 3 minutes or until starting to soften.
Add all remaining ingredients; mix well. Cook about 10 minutes or until apples are tender, stirring occasionally.
Serve as is or combine with a little extra olive oil and use as a salad dressing.
